Quality, Training, Safety Manager – East Region
Bob has been an integral part of the CCS operation in the East and Central Regions since 2012. Bob is currently responsible for all training and onboarding for CCS microcleaners, technicians, site leads, supervisors and managers. In addition Bob is responsible for quality assurance and compliance with the CCS Quality Management System and CCS’s ISO 9001:2015 certification. Bob is also responsible for programs related to ensuring CCS employees work in a safe and healthful environment. Prior to his current position, Bob was the Travel Team Manager and oversaw new account start-ups and large scale transitions for new clients, support for special projects, including training of cleaning personnel for its GMP and Non-GMP environments. Bob enjoys spending time with his family, music, guitar, and golf.
