Chris Zines

CEO

As CEO and co-founder, Chris is responsible for the overall management of the company including improving efficiencies and productivity and implementing best practices. Chris has over 20 years of experience in the cleanroom industry including design build, testing and certification and cleanroom cleaning industry providing GMP services to clients in the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, electronic, semiconductor, aerospace and defense industries. Chris attended California State University, Fullerton and received his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

Eric Goldmann

President

As President, Eric Goldmann continues to advance CCS’s development as one of the leading US providers of cleaning and facility services to its clients. As President, Eric is committed to developing CCS’ management and sales teams and building an innovative company that empowers the successful delivery of exceptional service. His responsibilities include the execution of business development in the US, day to day execution of CCS’ business, and financial performance. Eric attended Oregon State University and the University of San Francisco with an emphasis in Information Systems. When he’s not overseeing CCS’ strategic direction, Eric enjoys outdoor sports and spending time with family.

Mark Cornish

Chief Operating Officer

Mark is responsible for all Operating functions performed by CCS and to ensure that our associates deliver the highest quality service to our clients. Mark is responsible for improving the delivery of services and complete financial responsibility to all of CCS customers throughout the US. Mark began his career in the commercial cleaning business with ABM in 1988 as a management trainee and increased his responsibility over 12 years to assistant regional manager. Mark joined Flagship Facility Services in 2000 and spent 16 years as the VP, Operations. Mark is a graduate of Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY, with a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Mark was a member of the Varsity basketball team all four years. He has also been a long time member of BOMA, IFMA and BSCAI.

Andrew Stitzer

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Official Officer for CCS, Andrew is responsible for all Accounting, Payroll, Financial, and Fiscal Reporting Functions. Andrew has over 25 years of experience in a wide array of industries including manufacturing, distribution, construction, and service.  Andrew was previously a Controller for more than 11 years at EDCO Waste & Recycling Services, the largest privately owned waste and recycling services company in the state of California.  Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University. Andy loves to travel with his family,  and also volunteers in the community as Treasurer and Head Coach for his Pop Warner Team.

Victor Hoffmeister

VP, Operations, East Region

As VP, Operations for the East Region for CCS, Victor is responsible for the delivery of strategic and operational objectives by reducing facility costs, improving worker productivity and efficiency, as well as overall revenue generating capacity and delivering of the entire CCS service model to its clients throughout the East Region. With over 40 years of experience in regional management and operations, while previously holding multiple senior and executive level positions for the largest Facility Services provider in the world for more than 17 years, Victor managed operations for regional facilities, as well as improved the service delivery and efficiencies in regions that were poorly performing. Victor holds a degree from State University of New York at Albany and has been an active member of APPA, BOMA, IFMA and BSCAI for more than 20 years.

Mike Mendoza

VP, Business Development - Life Science Services

As VP, Business Development, Life Science Services, Mr. Mendoza is responsible for all Sales and Marketing for CCS’s enterprise clients throughout the US with particular focus on the Life Sciences. He is responsible for delivering new and cross business development for CCS’ clients for all services that CCS provides. In addition, Mr. Mendoza supports our Quality and Operational Teams to ensure we meet the needs of our most highly regulated clients. Before that, Mr. Mendoza worked for 5 years as the Business Development Manager responsible for the Northern California region, including Oregon and Washington. After graduating from Berkeley, Mr. Mendoza worked for Bayer, Oculus, XOMA, and Cordis, a J & J Company, as their Quality Assurance Managers or as a Microbiologist. Mr. Mendoza earned his BS in Microbiology from University of California, Berkeley.

Mark Gonsalves

VP, Business Development - Data Center Services

As VP, Business Development for Data Services, Mark is responsible for the both business development and day-to-day operations management of CCS’s data center services nationwide. With over 15 years of experience, Mark has a wide range of knowledge in maintaining Mission Critical Facilities as well as providing solutions for post construction cleaning services for some of the largest data center/cleanroom construction projects in North America. His areas of expertise include: critical specialty data center cleaning services, IT technical and cleanroom environments, specialty products for raised floor environments, critical cooling, heat management solutions and mechanical services such as seismic bracing.

Brian Weed

Director, Business Development, East Region

As Director, Business Development, East Region, Mr. Weed directs all Sales and Marketing activities for more than 17 states and the District of Columbia. Mr. Weed has more than 10 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector, GMP environments and bio-containment facilities and bio-decontamination, both in business development and managing operating teams servicing highly regulated controlled environments.  Previously, with CCS, Mr. Weed was the Business Development Manager for the East Region and was responsible for new business, marketing, and expansion of new customer services primarily in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and the District of Columbia. Prior to CCS, Mr. Weed held a number of positions including regional sales manager as well as the head of the bio-decontamination division for an international provider of bio-decontamination services to the life sciences industry. Mr. Weed was responsible for service delivery not only in the US, but also completed projects for them in Brazil, Panama, and Canada. Mr. Weed earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.

Colin Berry

Quality Manager

As an experienced quality leader for more than 15 years, Mr. Berry oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of CCS’ quality assurance systems and activities throughout its operation nationwide. Mr. Berry is also the primary person in charge of CCS’ compliance with ISO 9001 and ensures its certificate is maintained. Mr. Berry has responsibility for promoting recognition of company quality programs among customers and staff, as well as developing and implementing employee communication and training programs in connection with the company’s quality objectives, strategies and processes. Mr. Berry also has responsibility for managing CCS’ document control processes, conducting internal/external audits and coordinating interdepartmental activities Mr. Berry also oversees and addresses service quality issues and improves the efficiency of quality-related processes while collaborating with our operators in the field.

Jeff Presnall

Marketing Coordinator

As the Marketing Coordinator, Jeff is responsible for executing marketing and communications functions as well as providing support for the sales team in the US for CCS. Jeff’s main focus for the company includes web site content writing and updates, press releases, increasing CCS’ social presence, and improving internal marketing across the US. Jeff has many years of experience as a content creator, writer, and coordinator. He is passionate about building productive relationships with clients, partners, and team members. Jeff has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communications from Sonoma State University. Jeff loves traveling with his wife, cheering on the Sacramento Kings, and exploring the best happy hours in San Diego.

Sharon Vizcaya

Human Resources Administrator

As part of the leadership team, Sharon Vizcaya is committed to supporting an organizational culture founded on creating a great place to work for all team members. Her human resources knowledge and experience allows her to effectively develop staffing strategies and implement programs to identify talent within and outside the corporation. Sharon actively participates in the development of organizational plans focusing on positive employee impact. When she’s not carrying out HR duties, Sharon continues her education in Human Resources. Sharon is an active hiker.

Jim Novascone

Manager, EHS

As part of the leadership team, Jim is responsible for ensuring that all CCS’ culture and operating practices are in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations and that required documentation is completed and current. He also manages the internal training program focused on good cleanroom and data center cleaning practices, documentation requirements, and cGMP. Jim has serviced clients in bio-technology, pharmaceutical and electronic related cleanroom environments as well as specialty construction of large manufacturing, IT and data center projects throughout the US. He holds certificates in Microbial Control in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device cleanrooms and Principles of Washing and Sterilization from the Steris Corporation. Jim is a member of ISPE and completed coursework in the creation of a cleaning and disinfection program.
