THE ROLE:

Banquet coordinator to manage and schedule catering functions throughout local sites. This person must be able to manage their work schedules as well as the schedules of all bay area support staff. This person must have strong organizational and management skills, knowledge of the factory population on both the executive and production teams and consistently provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction. We need someone who is helpful and approachable to all employees on-site, while able to handle last minute requests and present creative solutions to on the spot issues. This job includes the following functions:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and create schedule for all banquet associates
  • Manage and create schedule for all events
  • Manage banquets associate performance
  • Manage all inventory pars for in house catering items
  • Support all high level Events to include Executive Dining
  • Schedule all events with users
  • Provide unparalleled customer service
  • Calendar keeper for all banquet requests
  • Direct liaison/delivery coordinator for weekly executive lunches
  • On-site point of contact for catering orders
  • Record keeper of all invoicing from vendors
  • Liaison between employees and caterers for events
  • Interface with EA’s to provide all necessary items needed for their meetings/events
  • Coordinator of all banquet associates/delegate tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaison for WPCulinary alias/Event Request forum regarding banquet requests
  • Single POC for all exec food and event needs
  • Managing all event execution with Employee Experience Team
  • Managing all food truck operations (bay area wide)
  • Tracking all events to report financials to GM
  • Reconciling all charges per dept
  • Promote growth within the team. Provide guidance and coaching to direct lead.
