In her new role, Jenny will be responsible for the strategy, management, oversight and direction of CCS’s Quality programs and initiatives throughout the US. Jenny will also be responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of training and compliance to meet and exceed the regulatory requirements of our diverse customer base nationwide. Because CCS is ISO 9001:2015 Certified, she will be responsible for maintaining CCS’s certification, as well as the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System for all lines of CCS’s business. Moving forward, Jenny will also be charged with building the Quality Team and structure as CCS scales its operation throughout the US.
Before joining CCS, Jenny spent 15 years engaged in the Quality Management Systems for several regulated industries. She also spent 8 years working for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) where she held two separate roles: Investigator and Microbiologist. As an Investigator, she evaluated Quality Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices of many organizations. As a Microbiologist, she was required to inspect various foods for bacterial contamination. Jenny has been both a trainer and a leader in many positions during her career.
Jenny earned her B.S. in Biology from San Francisco State University and a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Kaplan University. She lives in the town of Benicia, CA with her husband, two children, and their chocolate lab, Hank. In her free time, she cheers on her children during sporting events, reads, and gets crafty.
