Newly acquired sales executive to facilitate business growth and lead the CCS sales team.

Controlled Contamination Services is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Riggs as the Vice President, Sales. Jim will be reporting directly to President, Eric Goldmann and responsible for the new business sales in the United States. Jim comes to Controlled Contamination Services with over 25 years of experience in sales leadership and business revenue generation with whole P&L experience in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 200 global businesses. He most recently led a 100+ sales team for Aramark, a $14B food service, facilities, and uniform company, and oversaw growth from $10M to $325M during his time there.

Before joining CCS, he was also the Founder and President of Western, a provider of safety supplies, equipment, compliance education, and training. Jim directed the business through its growth acceleration by building a scalable model, maximizing profit, and preparing the company for its eventual sale in 2017 to Aramark. As a leader, Jim always strives to put his team members’ engagement at the forefront of what he does. Jim possesses a track record of attracting, recruiting, and advising teams of up to 400, building the foundations necessary to accelerate performance and increase revenue.

Jim holds a BA in Political Science from The University of Kansas and his Masters of International Business from the University of Phoenix. He spends his free time volunteering for Miami County Emergency Medical Services as an EMT and the United States Coast Guard Aux. One day he plans on picking up the game of golf but will hold off until he retires.
